Surrounded by open areas with palm trees and greenery, the ground floor is divided into a main room that serves as a reception area, workspace, and storage cabinet.

There is also a living room with a 42″ TV and reading area, which connects to a spacious L-shaped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom, with a 160×200 bed, is located on a quiet side of the house and has a small independent terrace. There is a second bedroom with a 90 cm bed on a mezzanine, with access to a small balcony. The bathroom, with a shower tray, includes a built-in closet with a washer.
